I have been living here since February of last year and when I moved in it was not complete. The maintenance man said he promise me to come fix everything once I got moved in but didn’t. I called office and made maintenance request constantly and no answer. I current have no water or no air and they just hired a 3 maintenance man to come over and he basically told me he didn’t know how to fix it. It is not worth it if you’re looking for somewhere to live. Very over priced and... unprofessional!!!!!!!

Looking at the website to see I am being charged more than the rate advertised and it’s not worth it. Maintenance have yet to fix things like the air. I have pictures of windows that looks to be black mold and i want out of this 12 mo lease.
