The Vue on Self Circle Apartments

After being in a domestic situation in Paragould with my ex and having to find a place quick my sister told me about these apartments. I went to the office and applied. I was approved and moved in the same day. The ladies in the office really helped me and my children. They were really nice and understanding of my situation. The apartment I moved into is affordable. Anything that I noticed was wrong with the apartment, I called the office and they had the maintenance guys out to fix it. It was... small things, but they were fixed quickly. The only 5 stars they could get are from the property management and their family. I lived here for a year and I'm so grateful my lease is up. I had to do my own clean up when I moved in. There were holes in the walls, and dirty carpet. The dishwasher was broken and they said they'd get a new one, I never got that. Moved in with no window blinds and then was sent a letter that I had to get blinds. The filter in the heater was filthy and I was told it's my responsibility to change it, although it... was never changed when I moved in. They're infested with roaches and mice and they never have anyone come for pest control. The heating system is up stairs so the downstairs stays cold all winter. And we're not allowed to use barbeque grills. Ms. Quick the apartment management is a Karen she's very rude and nasty with people.
