Really nice

Super friendly staff, seems like they have a great atmosphere and social ties, staff member knew all of the people we came across in the corridoor. Great natural lighting in the apartments, as the walls don’t come all rhe way up to the ceiling.

Amazing tour!!

The lady who helped us who name was charity was absolutely amazing and so helpful, she was very welcoming and friendly. She took the time to show us all around and answered our questions perfectly. All the complexes were so nice and in great condition. 10/10. Thank you charity and Block 2z !!

LOVED IT!!!

I went in for a tour today and absolutely loved it!! Right near downtown and Charity was the absolutely best! Can't wait to call this place home soon!

Block 2 is 4 You

Charity and Dawn made the move in process so easy! The only thing they didn’t do is move my boxes for me. The community here is great, the restaurants nearby are excellent, and if your view of the river isn’t breathtaking enough, take a walk on the nature trail (only a block away).
