after being homeless and not being able to find anyplace that accepted service animals for a year i found this place and was able to move in with my service cat and enjoy the peace and quiet of my own apartment. the manager is amazing and she goes above and beyond when it comes to helping the people that live here. i agree its may be a somewhat bad part of town but in all honesty me as a single white lady living alone i truly feel safe living here

No swimming pool
Before I gave them my money I specifically asked the managers was the swimming pool going to be open for the up coming summer because I was looking for a place with a pool for my children when they come to visit me from another state that summer of 2016 and they assured me that it would be,this is my 2nd summer here and still no pool.Now far as the upkeep of the lawn area and the no loitering it's pretty much up to par,the managers and maintenance crew are very polite and very attentive to my... needs whenever I need them.

New Tenant
I have been here a month now. I will say that it is not what i expected. Ppl tried to talk me out of the move here. What can i say it is extremely affordable with rent an utilities included in one payment. It is clean, bug free an spacious. Of course you will see ppl likr any other community. But no hanging out or causing chaos. The laundry facility washes an dries a load for a total of 1.50$ Awesome coming from a house. The Assistant Manager is sweet. The property Manager is well spoken , firm... an mostly understanding. Im glad i choose this as my home. I know things can happen anywhere so with that being said trust your own gut. This is a great place to live and save at the same time I've cut my living exspense down by 560.00 monthly.

Big Country Chateau
I've lived here for 4yrs its been pretty great I've lived a peaceful life in the Château its great for singles and couples and its affordable and a clean living area come check out the area there is great shopping centers in surrounding area I enjoy the easy access check out the complex welcome to the BCC
