This property is advertised as Luxury Condominiums, but they are anything but. The units are outdated, and the property is not well maintained. Too many vehicle break-ins to count, over 20 in one night. Gates stay open for days at a time with no security or courtesy officers on site. If something goes out, good luck getting it fixed. There's no on-site property manager and good luck getting her to call you back. Took over a month to get a mailbox key. Fitness Center is a complete joke and... pool areas are filthy and not maintained. In fact, the building breezeways and entry ways are not cleaned at all. They won't even change your air filters for your a/c. Chenal Woods provides absolutely zero activities or events for the tenants. They won't even bother to put up holiday decorations for the holidays. Spend your money somewhere that actually welcomes you and provides luxury.
