Not worth the cost

These apartments have gone down tremendously, now there is no washerteria, Maintenance request are not worked with urgency or quickly. Waiting 2-3 weels after a request is made is terrible. No concern about your well being or your concerns when things falls apart at the apartment. Among so many other errors

Apartment complex is clean and has exactly what you need, if you need anything the manager ( Tanya) is more than happy to help you. Very spacious and at a great price.

IF YOU WANT TO BE MISERABLE MOVE TO BRIARWOOD

If it had 0 stars that’s what i would give it. Now let me tell why 1. Maintenance! Everytime something is wrong they blame it on YOU! Had a leak in the closet that made the floor soaked. Took them a day to come do something about it then tried to blame it on our washer. Meanwhile it came from the neighbors hot water heater. Carpet soaked meaning mildew. You think they changed the carpet? NO. Took everything out the closet said they were going to put it back but didn’t. That’s just one thing. It… was bugs, air stopped working multiple times, kitchen sink stopped up, bathroom toilet overflowed.Anything that could have went wrong with apartment did. 2. Leasing office workers are UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Especially the girl that works there. 3. Walls so thin i heard everything from every apartment around. EVERYTHING. trash everywhere around the apartment. If we didn’t put it on my boyfriends credit, that lease would have been broke. I counted down the days we had to move. WE MOVED THE DAY THE LEASE WAS UP! Moral of the story BRIARWOOD IS NOT IT! How it’s 4 starts on here is BEYOND ME. Now I’m done.
