Because of severe allergies and chemical sensitivities, and mold I can’t just live anywhere. My body reacts to cigarette smoke, strong odors, and many harsh chemicals. My daughter and I have lived in the Chenal area since she was in kindergarten, and we only moved away briefly because I needed to live in a brand-new apartment where no one had lived before while dealing with my allergies. We returned to The Fitzroy because it has been the perfect fit for us, and we’ll be here until my daughter... graduates.

One of the biggest reasons The Fitzroy has been such a great fit for me is the clean environment. The community is non-smoking, and management does an excellent job enforcing that policy to protect the comfort and well-being of residents. For someone with sensitivities like mine, being able to come home to an environment free from cigarette smoke and strong odors makes a tremendous difference.

The attention to cleanliness is remarkable, and the property is maintained at a level you would expect from a high-end resort. The hallways even have a fresh, upscale resort-like scent that is clean and welcoming without being overpowering. The housekeeping and maintenance teams are incredibly consistent.

The quality of construction is outstanding. The apartments are built so well that you simply don’t hear your neighbors. The thoughtful design and spacing between floors provide an exceptional level of sound control and privacy; unlike many apartment communities where you can hear footsteps and daily activity from above, I have never heard a single step from the apartment above me. The attention to detail in the construction creates a luxury style of living.

What really sets The Fitzroy apart is the management and staff. Every employee is friendly, professional, and always greets residents with a genuine smile. They consistently stay on top of maintaining the high standards of the community.

The amenities are excellent, and The Fitzroy goes above and beyond to create a true community. They host thoughtful resident events throughout the year, including holiday gift wrapping, luncheons with hors d’oeuvres, pool gatherings, pet social events, Mother’s Day activities with fresh florals, and educational events like money management sessions. Current resident, I think we will tough it out until our lease is up. Today while all the other apartment complex in the area are mowed areas of our grass is a foot tall with weeds. I don’t think it’s the girls upfront. I think the complex is broke, You know how those high rollers are.. Way too many nice ones to choose from here in Northwest Arkansas I wish to remain confidential..

Dont live on the 4th floor unless you want your ceiling fan to leak every time it rains. Service dept not helpful & staff is very dismissive & selective about what problems they want to resolve. Huge mold issue , hallways are always filthy , the list goes on. take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Over promised and under delivered. I’ve lived here since October 2021 and my air conditioning just went out for the 2nd time!! It took 2 weeks to fix the first time this happened and I had to submit 2 tickets plus call to find out what was happening. On top of that we went without trash service all last week, which is supposed to be a perk. So this left people letting their trash sit in the hallways. Then you have the other tenants who let their pets pee by the elevators leaving a sticky mess.... I’m counting the days for my lease to be up! Read More

The hallways are literally never cleaned. Some days I gag walking to my unit. We have a unit with a small grass patch and they let it grow to the point that it goes up to your knee. We were told we wouldn’t have these grass areas and now I have to bring a weed eater from work just to be able to walk in it. You would think living in an apartment wouldn’t mean you have to keep a yard. There is an ungodly amount of dog poop around the property as well. They also constantly have issues with the... building to the point that the construction people come in almost weekly to do “preventative maintenance.” They trash the unit and do a minimum effort job when making these repairs.
In short, for the price of these units, I would expect much better. Read More
