Everything good so far. Upstairs neighbors have heavy feet, but that's apartments. Love the size of the space, and I like the location of the complex. It's also pretty quiet at night, which is a nicr change from downtown little rock.

Happy 17

Just renewed my lease… have lived here for 17 years. It’s my happy, comfortable, safe and secure home. Additionally, FP offers a true sense of community through various activities and events created and orchestrated by our dedicated Onsite Property Manager, Jay Singleton. Even more important and appreciated is that Jay is available, attentive and caring in all situations at all times. He willingly serves as the first point of contact and primary protector for both residents and every asset under… FP Management. Jay’s personable and professional attitude along with the timely responsiveness and skillful ability of the Maintenance Team make FP a truly great place to live

I have enjoyed my experience living at Forest Place Apartments. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and other everyday necessities. The grounds are kept clean, and the apartment homes offer a comfortable living environment.

One of the things I appreciate most is the friendly and professional staff. They are responsive, helpful, and work hard to address residents’ concerns in a timely manner. Maintenance requests are handled… efficiently, and the team is always courteous and respectful.

The neighborhood feels welcoming, and I have found it to be a great place to call home. Overall, Forest Place Apartments provides a positive living experience with a good balance of comfort, convenience, and community. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

i like the layout of my apartment ,,, great balcony on the 3rd floor ... they are replacing the wall around the balcony for all the apartments ... the staff folk are wonderful ... my neighbors are friendly and helpful ...
