i like the layout of my apartment ,,, great balcony on the 3rd floor ... they are replacing the wall around the balcony for all the apartments ... the staff folk are wonderful ... my neighbors are friendly and helpful ...

There were several items on maintenance list that should have been handled prior to our move in, at 30 days in most have been taken care of. I am not so happy about roaming cats but I guess I shall learn to get over it. That aside, I am pleased overall with the neighborhood as well as the amenities.

I like living at forest place. For the most part everyone is friendly and considerate. The only complaint I have is that I wish the camera and curtesy officer were more diligent.

Forest Place is the best in every way! Management, staff, location, amenities all add to the community vibe.
Perhaps some landscaping will be in order for the spring… a cutting garden would be nice!
