Terrible Management, stay away

If you love your family, possessions and peace of mind, please stay away from this place. This place is not for everyone as management is fully aware of drug peddling on the premises and would do nothing about it. Please stay away from this place, particularly students of schools in the neighborhood.

Alright place to live for me and my eight year old son. The floor is carpeted one bedroom and one bath, great atmosphere. Very spacious closets, just enough for me and my son. Since I don't own a vehicle, it's close to a lot of places that me and my son can walk to; without going great deals out of the way. Security seems to be great and the staff so far seems pleasant or rather friendly. I like the small kitchen area, where me and my son can try to bake. So far, this seems to be a great area to… walk around; especially if you are one of those early morning people like me that enjoys to see the sun rise. To each is own, but I like to fix it up to have a touch of Paris; and that's what I get in my mind, a little sense of Paris.

Georgetown Apartments Are Nice and Priced Right

These are great apartments with generous space and priced right, especially for the mid-town LR area. The residents are all nice, there are no major disturbances, and the staff are not hesitant to address any potential issues.

You can pay your rent online, submit service requests online, and the staff are always happy to talk to you and help with any issues or concerns. I have a 2 bedroom flat, about 1000 sq. ft., washer and dryer, and have 2 dogs; paying $669/mo. with lease agreement.
