Don’t move here

Horrible property management. Take the cheap way out of everything. Can not keep maintenance staff. They can’t afford to replace locks on mailboxes that were broken into a year ago. Office management is in professional

Please don’t rent here

this was probably the worst year of my life, the management was absolutely awful. we had rats in the walls that we contacted management about (multiple times!!!!) and it was never taken care of, our fire alarms were faulty, parking was an absolute nightmare, and don’t get me started on the neighbors. i truly don’t recommend this place to anyone.

for reference, we told Gentry about the rats (we had video proof and we showed her pictures of the rat poop around our bathtub) at the beginning of… September 2020 and we were still having major issues when we finally moved out (may 2021) oh yeah and there’s roaches too

Horrible Complex

This property is old an outdated for the monthly rental rate. It needs major updating. At one time this was a very nice complex. It has went down tremendously! Some buildings are infested with rats and the management team Tower are horrible!! Do NOT waste your time and money at Normandy Place.

met the nicest guy named Daniel .He is the new mgr.
Normandy looks very modern with the updated gray colors and wood plank floors.
