A pig in lipstick...

It's advertised as luxurious, but it's anything but that. The property is LOUD. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear voices and doors slamming throughout the night and people stomping on the floors above you. Kids are constantly running and screaming in the courtyard. They take ages to do repairs. The staff is condescending. The maintenance workers say outright that they would never personally live here. They lie about recycling. It all goes to the trash. A maintenance worker verified this… . The finishings are cheap. Seek housing elsewhere. It's not worth the high price.

Shameful customer service

Riverhouse is a nice property let down by management. Be prepared for: phone to never be answered, voice messages not followed up on, mixed messages from staff regarding moving, unfulfilled promises and superfluous fees when moving out.

Really great apartment

New management has done outstanding. Kendra and Thomas have been amazing at making sure this property stays well maintained. All my maintenance request have been done in a timely manner and I have recommended all my friends here. This place has really come up.

Avoid this complex!!!

I've lived at this complex for 3 years and the last year has been a nightmare. All the reasons for moving into this place have all eroded away. The last year 7 complaints have been filed due to bug infestation and sewage smell coming from utility closest. The management is grossly incompetent. The security gates are open constantly or bungee corded together due to damage. Security entry doors are in very poor condition or don't work at all. Stairways are filthy and trash sits in hallways for… weeks. Complaints are being filed with the Attorney General's office and will be also reported as an Environmental Hazard to the correct agencies.
