Wish I could give 0 stars! Where do I even start? I would not recommend living here to anyone. They make you pay for a key fob to open the gates up due to safety, I have lived here for a year and the gates have NEVER shut. The cameras do not work. There have been multiple shootings in the apartment complex. There has been a fire started by someone throwing their charcoal in the grass and they aren’t able to hold whoever started the fire accountable because the cameras DO NOT work. They do not… keep up the landscape, kids can’t play on the playground because they let grass grow tall. The trash bins are always full and dirty! Neighbors do not clean up their dog poop, leave trash sitting outside of their doors for bugs to come , spill food/drinks all over staircase and management doesn’t do anything about it. The pool is dirty, leaves everywhere. There is horrible lighting in the apartment complex, unsafe to walk to your apartment at night because of how dark it is. There was a beeping coming from the electrical panel and it took them WEEKS to fix it. The manager Cashmere is NOT knowledgeable on the apartment policies , she tells you one thing and you’re charged something else. At The Links at Eagle Hills they try to make sure you have the best experience with renting an apartment. These apartments come in 4 sizes. There is the smaller 1 bedroom, the bigger 1 bedroom, The smaller 2 bedroom, and the bigger 2 bedroom. The living rooms for all of the apartments are very spacious. The 1 bedrooms have 1 bathroom as well as the smaller 2 bedroom. The bigger 2 bedroom has 2 bathrooms and most of them have a balcony. They all come with refigerators, dish washers,… ovens/stovetops, washer/dryer, garbage disposal in sink, and Great Air conditioners/Heaters. I love my apartment. It's a one bedroom 1 bath place. However, it is quite spacious. It has ceiling fans in every major room even the kitchen. Also it has a large capacity washer/dryer. Very up to date appliances and nice flooring. My kitchen is one of my favorite features. It has a nice open floor plan. Nice neighbors and friendly staff. If I wasn't looking to buy a house. .I would be here for life. Seriously. .
