Wimbledon Green

They are nice, clean apartments with good neighbors. One thing that matters a lot to me is safety, and I haven’t had any issues for more than two years. The manager, Adrian, is super friendly and approachable. One thing I wish they would improve is that the inspection staff don’t take off their shoes during inspections, which is very important to me. Hopefully, they consider this in the future. Other than that, I’m happy as a resident!

The past reviews for this apartment complex aren’t based on the actual living experience at this apartment complex which is why they are so good. They ask people before they move in to leave a review which is fully based off the initial experience with “customer service”. Though everyone I came in contact with at this apartment complex is somewhat nice here’s an actual review of the APARTMENT LIVING EXPERIENCE.

I lived in phase 2 and the apartments are nice they are and they are new so they… are updated. HOWEVER, I’m not sure if they went to the dollar tree to buy the supplies to build this complex but the walls are EXTREMELY thin. I lived on the third floor and I felt like I lived on the 1st floor. They are EXTREMELY over priced for the location and quality of the apartments. I heard conversations of people below me and next to me while they were in the apartment. I hear babies crying all throughout the night and people stomping on their floors and slamming things. There were occasional loud crashes and booms out of no where. I lived in a back apartment and one time I heard conversations from the parking lot. Speaking of parking, it suck. Parking SUCKS! You just may have to park on the side and not in an actual parking spot or a couple buildings down from your actual building. The courtesy police and management don’t care about noise complaints so don’t even try to make them. There are times when my apartment would smell like a certain kind of drug because of the vents and people doing drugs in their apartments. There are people with dogs that don’t clean up behind them so there is dog crap EVERYWHERE. Over all if you want an updated apartment that was made out of paper with drugs and dog poop everywhere go ahead and apply. Read More

I can tell the manager, Debra, really cares about the people here. She is always friendly and will stop what she is doing to talk with you and see how you are doing. She shows genuine care for the residents and wants to make sure they are happy. The staff is very friendly and take care of any questions or requests quickly. They all show that they want this place to be the best it can possibly be.
