The dock in the backyard is not for guest use, as it is owned by a neighbor. Water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. An unapproved party or event will incur a fine of $1000.
