A nightmare

We have lived here for several years and the buildings have serious plumbing issues. Sewer water has flooded the apartment at least 8 times in the less than 5 years we have been living in our unit. The property is always gross, dumpsters are left with broken furniture and trash all over. Maintenance issues are not usually resolved in a timely manner and communication is poor. My neighbors are lovely people, but this place is a headache in itself. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere… else. P.S Our property management has changed 4 times and our rent has nearly doubled.
