Enjoy the large front patio with multiple outdoor seating areas, a BBQ grill, and a hot tub. There is also a second outdoor living space located on the second floor, a fenced-in backyard, extra linens and towels, and a washer and dryer for guest use. A Blowflex Xtreme is available for guest use along with a padded workout space.
Easily access the lake via a 2-minute walk along the road then a short path. Swimming and boat launch can be enjoyed here. The home is 5 miles from Prairie Creek Marina. Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; an unapproved party or event will incur a fine of $1000.
