Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Pets are not permitted at the property, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
