Maintenance for my air Jonah from maintenance showed up very soon after I submitted the order. Jonah worked on my unit and got it going again . It ran for a few minutes then shut off. He put a portable air conditioner in my apt. Dodson pointe really goes above and beyond to provide a nice place to call home. My problem was fixed in a very timely manner . I’m a very happy resident here. Thankyou to the entire staff they all are great

Dishwasher & dryer The dishwasher still drys close to the same. There was a mild smell but I think when Jonah cleaned it out, that helped. The dryer still isn't great. He checked the heating element & it was fine. The "wet dog" smell is there but apparently that's just going to be an issue. We still think the dryer we were given is a refurbished one. When we got it, it had lint on the lint filter.

Dryer's heating element went out Jonah came not too long after I put in a workorder & checked the heating element, it wasn't working properly. He said he'd come back later today & will have a new dryer for us. He came back within an hour and half or less & had my new dryer put in, tested & left in about half an hour. I wasn't expecting for maintenance to come today much less get us a new dryer the same day.
