Maintenance team is the best So far we have enjoyed living in these apartments. Front office are always helpful and present. The maintenance team has been amazing always.
Our AC went out recently, and Ed answered around midnight (sorry). He showed up woth a window unit and ready for anything. Thank you so much Ed!! I am so sorry but we really appreciate you sir.

Excellent Tenant Service Provided So far we have not experienced any issues related to our apartment directly requiring services. However, all staff members in the office have been outstanding and very courteous. With regard to Jonah in particular he is the most friendly and kind and my doggie absolutely enjoys seeing him when on our daily walks. That also goes for the office staff Cody loves stopping in for quick visit and of course a treat. Love it here highly recommend to anyone needing an… apartment. Kudos ?? to all.

Maintenance for my air Jonah from maintenance showed up very soon after I submitted the order. Jonah worked on my unit and got it going again . It ran for a few minutes then shut off. He put a portable air conditioner in my apt. Dodson pointe really goes above and beyond to provide a nice place to call home. My problem was fixed in a very timely manner . I’m a very happy resident here. Thankyou to the entire staff they all are great
