Maintenance team Quick response to my repair request. Jonah, in maintenance at Dodson Pointe Apts, was very helpful solving my window issue! I can now shut my window and lock it properly!

The building stinks 24/7 and they don't give all the details until you find out. Shady business. Don't waste your money here. They impose ONE option internet ONLY, their own in house. The rent payment method is VERY weird and inconvenient and cost you a fee every time.
