Want the ease of having many of your utilities covered with your monthly rent? We are excited to offer you a hassle-free approach to apartment home living with our Convenience Package! This package is our way of saying “Thank You” for choosing The Fitzroy Grove. It is also our way of offering you the convenience to not have the stress & costs of setting up several major utilities in your name. Even better, this package is a great way for you to save money each month as our Convenience Packages are valued over $250.00 per month.

Pricing for Convenience Packages will be based on floor plan type - our friendly Leasing Team will guide you through the process.

If you choose to join our community, you will pay an additional monthly Convenience Package fee. When you sign your lease, the cost of your Convenience Package will be added to your monthly rent. What could be better than one monthly payment with most utilities included for hundreds less than what you would normally have to pay?

Internet
Enjoy some of the fastest internet speeds around. Did you know that The Fitzroy Grove is one of the few communities in Arkansas to offer fiber high-speed internet to our buildings? The fiber-enhanced speeds will open new possibilities for those of you who seek faster speeds for streaming your favorite shows or movies. You will be able to surf the internet, online shop, play games, participate in social networking, make business transactions, and more. 100 Mbps is included with your Convenience Package as a valued resident at The Fitzroy Grove. Less hassle and high speed internet, two great combinations. Wow!

Valet Trash Service
Resort style living wouldn't be complete without having a dedicated team to make sure your every need is taken care of. Taking out the trash can be one of the most dreaded daily tasks, but you no longer have to deal with it. A Valet Trash Service Attendant will visit your door 5 nights per week to handle the dirty work!

Water/Sewer
Take as many relaxing soaks in your garden tub as your heart desires or wash as many loads of laundry as you please with your included full-size washer/dryer all while knowing that your monthly total to us will never change! While most apartment communities may bombard you with monthly bills that fluctuate, we try to make it as easy as possible for you by offering a set rate.

Pest Control
Let’s face it, pests are no fun. You can relax knowing that we will have a skilled Pest Control Technician that will service your home periodically throughout your stay with us at The Fitzroy Grove. We treat your home like our own.

Not Included - Electricity
Please contact Carroll Electric Cooperative for your electricity. Luckily for you and for us, you are considering living in one of the most energy efficient apartment homes in Northwest Arkansas. (We require proof-of-service before keys will be released to you).

Many people inquire as to how much you can expect to spend each month on electricity, but it really varies person-to-person based on how much electricity you use. Carroll Electric has a Member Education tab featuring informative guides, tips, and tools that may provide you with information on how to keep your energy bill at its lowest.

Not Included - Cable
We are a cable free community. With our amazing internet speeds, you can stream your favorite shows without having to have a separate Cable package.
