The landlord (Stephanie) who oversees this location also oversees other locations that ive lived at. At first glance shes respectable and nice and all smiles until she gets that signature on lease. Living in an apartment around others is optional, but as tenants we make it work and do the best we can, but to have a landlord like her who is constantly in your life nit picking and constantly watching like shes ready to pounce on you for any little rule violation to evict makes living in an... apartment complex like a prison and shes the warden. This lady Stephanie has major control issues and if you want to live your life in a prison setting, then olive Street is the place for you. If you have family or grandkids you'll have to sneak them in to visit or be interrogated on how long they were there. People have lives and if you want to enjoy yours stay away from anything this lady represents. Such a shame too because those are really nice apartments, but if your like me and work hard for a living and just want to enjoy your life with people you love you will not be able to do this while living under her thumb without fear of losing your home that you work hard to pay for. Do yourself a favor and stay in control of your life and choices, dont let the apartment landlord control them for you with threats of eviction for just trying to live a normal life. But if you enjoy being controlled and scared every single day then she will gladly accept your money and smile the whole time. You'd think H.R would get rid of her but she probably makes them a ton with then turnover rate she controls. No wonder new complexes are going up so fast.
