How Is This Rating Determined?

Lots of fees

Things to know before moving in:
- the build quality is not great. You will hear your neighbors walking back and forth over you
- there seems to be an annoying amount of fees that aren’t disclosed. You will pay 30 bucks to give them your pet’s rabies certificate
- you will pay them 8 bucks a month so they can tell you how much they are charging for utilities
- unless you opt out, you will pay 10 bucks a month so they can tell credit agencies you paid your rent
- if you fail to pick up a... package for 3 days, you will pay 10 bucks a day

They aren’t very transparent about all these fees when you look at the apartments.

Residents are respectful at night with noise and super friendly when I’m outside walking my dog! I’ve only lived here a week but I love it!! My apartment is so spacious and feels like home.

I've only been here a week, but so far it has been great. I had some issues moving in, and Ben and Baylee have always quickly worked to take care of it. Nice apartment and great amenities

I am a new resident here, but I solely wanted to live here because of the staff. Don’t get me wrong, the complex and amenities are AMAZING! TO DIE FOR! I feel so blessed and lucky to have found this place. Overall, Ben really was and has continued to be so kind and welcoming. I can tell her values not only his job, but his relationship with residents. I felt safe and valued. I would 10/10 recommend. I’ve also had multiple friends previously live here and fulfill their leases full term and loved... it as well. Neither had any complaints or negative experiences.
