I really enjoy living here. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to come home to. I’m conveniently close to shopping centers, which makes running errands easy and stress-free. The streets are safe and peaceful, and the community has a welcoming feel. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

Over all I love it here. The location was the key factor for me. I LOVE my layout as I’m in the 2/2 with an entryway when you walk in. The only negative is the insulation as I hear everything footsteps above me and people fighting below me. That is the biggest turn off.

Expensive parking for no purpose.. maintenance issues from day 1.. only promised but incomplete .. always prompting availability issues for handyman .

Desi was outstanding. Other communities should take note — exceptional amenities, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtfully designed, well built apartments featuring premium, high-end appliances.

We love the Grafton! I didn't give 5 stars only because of the dog park still not being finished and maintenance tickets taking longer than they should to deal with. I get being short handed but they have been short handed since we moved in over a year ago.
