Its a Great Starter

My room mate and I moved into Village of Crosscreek in 2020 and stayed for 6 years. Like all apartment living it had its ups and downs. The property manager was especially helpful on multiple occasions and did her absolute best to meet the needs of the residents, which believe me that is hard to come by. The apartment was furnished with washer, dryer, stove, and fridge which I'm so glad I didn't have to buy. The closets are very spacious and so are the bathrooms, I miss them the most from my… move. The complex is well lit after dark and is very pet friendly. It is fairly peaceful and a little out of the way location wise, which I enjoyed. Its near some pretty good restaurants for take out too. I will say I rated 4 stars because of the unavoidable speed bumps they put in this year, I have back issues so they were not appreciated and because sometimes notifications on communal property repairs comes later than it should. Overall a great experience for renting an apartment for the first time.

Moving in

Moving can be a pain to many people with lots of things to move. Moving into The Villages at Cross Creek was a breeze and the manager was very professional and polite. My husband and I are enjoying living here and it's very peaceful.

Wonderful place to live!

Villages of Cross Creek is a great place to call home. It is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. It's well lit at night and feels very safe. These apartments are in a great location and are just minutes away from everything that Rogers/Bentonville has to offer.

Great Living Tucked away in the NE Corner of Rogers, AR

Management and staff were all fantastic and tended to every need in a professional and timely manner. I enjoyed staying here 4 years ago and am actually now a current resident again!
