Hot plate, coffee maker, Keurig pot, crockpot,... griddle, pots and pans, spoons and forks, small ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, broom, brand new AC/heater, microwave, small fridge, TV, and cabinets for clothings, computer desk, lamp, side table, and a small coat rack.

You may connect to the internet cable but it’s not guaranteed that you’d stay connected, internet is very slow here so be sure to have a back up.

It comes with one parking spot, designated for the renter.
