Its a great place to live!
I have lived her for almost six months now. The building is very quiet and it is nice that there are more and more tenants moving in.
While the amenities are not fully finished (the second club house as well as the pickleball courts are still in progress) the pool is always open, as well as the grill stations recently being completed. The fire pit is a very nice addition, and there are always people gathered round it especially in the warmer months.
While it is a little frustrating at times… that all of the amenities are not completed you can tell that the property manager is truly working hard to get them completed. Once they are fully completed I would give 5 stars.
Whenever I have had any maintenance issues, I put in a request and I generally receive a text from the property manager acknowledging that she has seen the ticket and is working on getting someone to tend to the issue. Just the fact that they acknowledge the problem and do not let the ticket sit for days before sending someone to repair the issue is amazing. The office is very responsive which is hard to come by!Review from Apartments.com
