The Flats Apartments

The Flats Apartments are the best Apartments I have ever rented.Here we have a tanning bed,that I really enjoy a lot.There is a swimming pool,a Gym,a BasketBall court,and also they have a pool table inside,a couch where you can come inside and watch TV,Plus comptures you can get on..Every one here is so nice.The manager Carolyn is such a sweet,nice,kind Manager...These Apartments are filled with so many nice people.I would recommend renting an apartment to everyone.If you are looking for a nice… ,quiet,place to live..The Flats is the Place..

My experience at The Flats has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful in any way possible. The apartments themselves are very nice. I rented a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and it was still very spacious. I loved that they had a fitness center and a tanning bed that I could use. I am moving because of my job, though if I were to stay in Searcy, AR I would continue to live at The Flats.

WONDERFUL!!!

This apartment complex is AMAZING! Swimming pool, workout center, clubhouse with a pool table, computers to use and free wifi! Not only is the rent cheaper than most, it is pet friendly, and very clean! The super is very friendly and couldn't ask for a better location. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Completely amazing. Love it.

affordable hermit awesomeness

If you're tired of all the busy days in your life full of people you're disappointed it. Thinking I wish to be alone and live my life for myself and not care about the evils of the world anymore. Or maybe you want to move to a quite place with you your pet or family and/or both within walking distance from 3 used video game stores over 4 fast food restaurants at least 4 dine in restaurants a walmart and at least 2 gas stations. You'll never be too far from anything you need with many many other… services that may be need for almost any reason or occasion. At the affordable prices starting at $475.00 a month rent for a 1 bedroom why not choose the flats apartment in Searcy Ar. if you ever plan to move here someday
