Nice clean and cozy
I have only lived here a week, but the ladies in the office are super friendly and helpful. The maintenance man is amazing and gets things fixed when needed. I hope they hang on to him!!! He is a gem!!! The townhomes are clean and well maintained. And in a great quiet location!

Apartment flood 2 Times no one responded
When it rains heavy, the ground floor floods. Called maintenance they told me to clean it up and they would look at it in a couple days. This happened twice. On the second time they seal below the back door threshold. What little good that does when the rain water is 3-4 inches above the threshold on the door.

Apple Valley is a great place to live!
I live at Apple Valley Townhomes in Sherwood and have for several years. This is a great place to live. Management is friendly and any repair and maintenance items that need attention are addressed promptly!
