Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The dock is not available for guests and this is strictly enforced.
