The main living room has huge windows overlooking the lake, while the second basement living room offers seating, a kitchenette, and a bar area. Board games, card games, and puzzles are available, and the home is kid-friendly with a Pack 'n Play and Baby Stair Gate. The large, double-decker patio includes a BBQ grill, plenty of seating, a dining table, and a porch swing. A fully equipped laundry closet is available for guest use, and fresh towels and linens are provided. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, including a covered carport and a 2-car garage, all available for guest use.

The nearest beach is at War Eagle Marina, just 0.8 miles down the road. There is also a marked nature trail by the neighboring blue house that leads closer to the water, with picnic tables and benches along the way. The trail can be steep in some spots. Access to the closest boat ramp is War Eagle Marina, access to the nearest gas station and grocery store is Hometown Country Store (5.5 mi), and access to the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (9.5 mi).
Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
