    Good Manager-Poor property

    Property photos are dated.
    NO POOL-NO DOG PARK.
    Pool been out for few years as the property changed ownership and no one wants to fix the pool or pay the insurance to keep it open during the summer.

    Dog Park- Fence is gone. Kids have pretty much taken it down by hanging on it and climbing. So much of having a good things around here. Kids here are just horrible. I mean HORRIBLE!!! Not a single parent here knows where their kids are, much less care what they do. Everything is broken due to the    … kids. So your rent is just for the apt, not for the amenities that are shown in the pictures.

    APTs are little dated with upgrades, just average. Nothing stands out.
