AC Repair Just moved in and the AC wasn't working. It ran the fan, but it wasn't cooling at all.
They quickly sent someone out to repair it, found the problem, and swapped out parts. Once it was determined that wasn't enough, they replaced the entire AC unit which functions perfectly.

Deleted work orders A lot of my work orders keep being deleted without the work being done. As a 12 yr resident that is disrespectful. I like staying here but if new residents get work done before me that is not okay in my opinion. I've been asking for fans and a single blind replaced for years now.

Not complete yet. Getting the window unit was good, still waiting for the AC compresser to be fixed. I'm sure it will be wonderful once it is finished.
