I love the new management here now!

INew Mangement is making this a wonderful place to live !!!!!I love the New Mangement at Chapel Ridge Gayle is the absolute best and she cares not only about your living conditions but she cares about you as a person and she wants you to be happy here let’s just say she understands the assignment and what this property has needed for a long time now !!

Nice place to live

Management are very respectful and kind. They help me when I explained my living situation an to say they got me moved on very quickly. The only thing that I have a problem with is that I have a handicap tag and there are times I have to park in different spots when others with no tags take the spots. But other than that I like it l

Thankful to live here

I have lived here for over5yrs are more and i have a one bedroom apt it is pretty nice to place to live i have personally seen great changes happen with the manager work hard to ensure that the community here stay safe neat and in order so other than that this is a good place to live and if you need some think fix they come out fast as they can i love it here

Great apartments

I've been here for about 5 years and things are a lot better with the new management. Whenever there's a maintenance issue, they are right on it. As a whole this is a really good place to live.

I feel blessed to live here!

I've lived here since 2016. I've personally seen great changes happen with the Manager. The manager works hard to ensure that the community here stays safe, neat, and in order. The Office Representative is both kind and is thorough in making sure that if there is ever an issue, it will be taken care of immediately. If anything ever needs to be fixed in the apartment, the Maintenance crew fixes the problem fast and their work is of high quality. I've truly enjoy living here. Not to mention that… it's in a great location. Walmart is down the street; as well as the access road to the high way. It's been a blessing thus far living here at Chaple Ridge!
