About New Studio One LLC
At Studio One Apartments in Pine Bluff we pride ourselves with having some of the nicest apartments in town to enjoy living in... we believe It's not enough to just have a place to live. We want our tenants to be glad they live in a place they are… proud to call home. In 2010 Studio One was purchased by new owners and underwent a major Remodel. The complex was totally upgraded from the ground up. Including New Roofs, New Paint Inside And Out, New Appliances, New Flooring, New Heating and Air Units, New Energy Efficient Insulation, Windows and Doors. We constantly are making more improvements for our tenants pleasure. In 2014 we added new sidewalks. 2015 we repaved all the parking lots. In 2016 we added more sidewalks and painted the whole complex again. 2018 new roof, 2023 new laundry room. Our goal is to make sure our complex stays on top of all maintenance and that we are always upgrading the community for our tenants pleasure. We have security cameras throughout the property and it is a very quiet and peaceful place to enjoy living. Also Check out our video on our apartments.

Great Apartments
I've lived here for a while and it is great. Cameras all around for security, clean well kept, management is top notch. If something goes wrong , it is fixed in a timely manner and done right.
