If you choose to move in, be prepared for the high possibility of noisy neighbors and non supportive management staff. Even if they violate the lease multiple times and you report the issues, the property management is unlikely to take action. Should you request a move due to persistent disturbances—such as a dog barking from early morning to late evening, or repeated lease violations from a neighbor above or around you—they will charge you a fee for relocating. They changed my apartment number the NIGHT before move-in and the new one was smaller than I was told it would be and was not ready to be moved into. There were no drawers or cupboard doors. The bathroom sink plug wouldn't stay up. The smoke detector went off when I turned the stove on AND when I turned on the heater. The floor has stains and smells like dog pee. I had to thoroughly wipe everything down because it wasn't clean. Maintenance was supposed to fix it but 3 days later I still haven't... heard from them. It's been the best experience I've had with a apartment! They have great maintenance service and haven't had any problems so far. They have a roomy one bedroom apartment, the public pool they have is really big! Always clean. I would refer everyone I know to this place, you can't go wrong with it.
