It’s a safe environment, and Marie keeps everything clean. When there is something wrong with the apartment, She’s always trying her best to get it fixed right away.

Villa Granada has always made it super easy to be a tenant at their complex, the management (Marie) is always super responsive, communicative and super nice and the owner too. I would move here again as I’ve lived there two separate occasions already.

Villa Granada Apartments is a great place to live because it's a safe environment. The apartments are also managed really well day and night. The staff and management is always understanding, and willing to work with my situation. I am extremely thankful for being a resident at Villa Granada Apartments.

The ONLY plus to this place is that utilities are paid. They put a lockbox on the A/C so you can't change it, but at least they're paid. Now to the CONS. The apartment stinks. I didn't have a SINGLE work order completed. It is infested with bugs, no matter what they do to prevent it. The poor property manager does everything because they're unwilling to hire a landscaper, maintenance person, etc.
I fought with them for 6 months to get a key to my own mailbox. I didn't lose a key. I never got... one to begin with and had to keep at it for 6 months to get one. When I finally moved out, I got about a 1/4th of my deposit back due to "damages". Mind you, those damages existed when I moved in. I'm not even wasting my time with these people to get my money back. I'd rather warn others to stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place!!!!

This is an inaccurate description of a lovely property you chose to leave. We love our residents, units are refurbished and our community is safe, quite and harmonious. Have a blessed day.
