Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
