Signed my lease and car was stolen 2nd night living here

I moved from out of state to arches at hidden Creek short term three month lease While I look for a home to purchaseand on the second night of me living here someone stole my Jeep Wrangler out of the covered parking space. This is a gated community after 9 PM that sure didn’t stop them. I went off of reviews when I found this place looked good. I just feel like I made a terrible mistake by moving to this area. I’m writing this review to keep people aware of my situation. I requested the office… send out a warning email to others and I don’t think they’ve done so as of yet it’s best to let the community know what’s going on around them so everybody can watch out for each other. I also spoke with the neighbor that lives at the complex next to me and he said that his neighbor‘s car was broken into as well, but not completely stolen best thing to do is get a Apple AirTag hide it in your car and a wheel lock if you were to move here.

Amazing Front office

Susan !! She is a Rockstar! She handled the whole signing process with grace while learning new systems and handling emergencies that arose. She is a blessing ! And the property is beautiful, the apartments are nice, the neighborhood is around everything. I love it

Arches at Hidden Creek has a wonderful team. Just like any place of business you get a sense of feeling welcomed by the initial greeting, and tone of voice etc.The office staff do a wonderful job at welcoming you in the moment you walk through the door. Having been a resident for a month, I can say that it has been a positive living experience. The apartments are really nice, the grounds are always clean and the community is quiet.
The maintenance staff is friendly, fast and so attentive when… you put in a request.
