    No AC in the middle of summer and no staff to help!

    I come home from work and the power is out, but only in a few apartments. SRP says a breaker likely flipped. Unfortunately, Arium has the boxes locked. I called the office, hoping someone could help. Unfortunately, even the emergency line goes to a voicemail. So here we sit 115 outside, with no AC!

    Also, a couple weeks ago, my friends headphones were stolen from the gym. When we asked them to run back the cameras, they tell us the cameras do not work. We had a similar incident a month    … before with stolen mail. We were also told those cameras do not work either.

    When you combine these issues with the load traffic noise and extremely hard water, I can not in good conscious suggest a prisoner be housed here.

    This lease can not end soon enough!!!
