ARIUM Chandler

I come home from work and the power is out, but only in a few apartments. SRP says a breaker likely flipped. Unfortunately, Arium has the boxes locked. I called the office, hoping someone could help. Unfortunately, even the emergency line goes to a voicemail. So here we sit 115 outside, with no AC!

Also, a couple weeks ago, my friends headphones were stolen from the gym. When we asked them to run back the cameras, they tell us the cameras do not work. We had a similar incident a month... before with stolen mail. We were also told those cameras do not work either.

When you combine these issues with the load traffic noise and extremely hard water, I can not in good conscious suggest a prisoner be housed here.

Ive been a long term resident and love it here. Maintenance is quick and on top of it office is nice and i love my apartment

It’s a beautiful property with an awesome staff. My mother stays here and she absolutely loves it. The office staff is very respectful and the maintenance staff is great and pays attention to details and is always on top of everything..

ARIUM Chandler is by far the best place I’ve lived at! Wonderful staff & community. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking in the Chandler AREA!!!

The staff is so friendly and amenities are super nice! My unit is huge and I’ve never had any issues been living here 3 years now
