ROACHES THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT

The whole complex has roaches. The property management will hold you financially responsible to do pest control on your unit. The whole complex has them so even if you pay a company to come out for your unit you will still have them travel up through your walls and the huge gaps they have left between the floor and the baseboards. The doors and windows aren’t sealed properly which doesn’t help the bug issue or your electric bill. The dumpster is constantly full because trash service is every two... weeks for a complex of 16 units with 8 or more families living in them.
