    The price alone is honestly justification enough to move in, but it's also close to everything while still being on the quiet side of town, it feels very communal while still being able to maintain privacy. :) The little house-like apartments are the best things ever, no notes. they're significantly more spacious than all my friends apartments for a fraction of the price, anytime anyone comes over they're always jealous. the mountain is very pretty, and its still far enough away you can't hear… the train unless you're outside- which is an aesthetic plus. Alyssa at the front office is so nice also, but I never see anyone mention her! 5 stars good apartment :)
