AMAZING

I lived here for one year and had no issues whatsoever. I loved all of the amenities they offer. The gym was excellent and extremely convenient that it was always open. I always felt safe within the complex. Everything is so nice and clean here and extremely worth the stay. Moving to Flagstaff felt extremely easy with these apartments. The location is great for walking or driving to college, or just experiencing Flagstaff. I 10/10 recommend.

STAY HERE

My experience staying here has been great, I’ve used the gym and study rooms a ton and they’ve been awesome. Talking to absolutely anyone In the office has been a Joy. Highly recommend.

Love this complex, great place to live.

My brother currently lives here and every time I come to visit, the property is always clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The amenities are nice and the location is really convenient too being that it's close to NAU. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment complex.

Good first home

This was my daughter’s first time moving away from home and Ylexia made it easy for us. She answered all the questions we had, helped us secure a space and made my daughter feel at home. They have a lot of events to help the residents feel included, have a nice gym and study spaces, a volleyball court that could be used and lots of walking trails nearby. Would recommend.
