I don’t recommend
Cons
Management team is hard to communicate. They don’t reply to emails. They are so quick to get money, but they don’t want to deal with other problems at all.
Music band practice at the club house… It shouldn’t be okay. They are so loud. I can’t relax at my own home. They usually play from 5:50 until 9pm. It’s a nightmare.
Pros
Maintenance guy is the best. They get things done so quickly. I wish the management team was the same way…

University West
This is the perfect apartment for students going to school at NAU, it's a short and quick walk to the West side of campus. Right in middle of main Flagstaff with great restaurants, coffee places with WIFI and there's a Target. The complex includes a great common's area that's well maintained and they have a hot tub to help release stress from your busy week at school or work. Unlike any other apartment here in Flagstaff, it's very friendly, helpful staff and very affordable for a place to live... while going to school. Very comfortable and nice for a place to call home while you're going to school.

Cheap Living
The University West apartment complex is priced on the lower end in comparison to most other apartments in Flagstaff. The management team and maintenance crew are a bit slow to act, but usually friendly. The apartment is older, and could use some renovations but nice. What makes this a great place is the location, right off campus, which is why so many students call this place home. That, and the price of course!
