Believe all the negative reviews!! I thought the same reviews would be unfair, BUT THEY ARE ALL THE TRUTH!!! They tell you you can’t see the unit until move in day. It is NOTHING like what you would expect. From drains clogged with visible hair to every single appliance being installed incorrectly and/or broken. I had no less than 5 visits about my dryer. On the last one the guy says, it’s hooked up wrong. Try to use the heater when it got cold. Not hot air. Maintenance comes in and says it... was installed backwards. Same with this dishwasher. This place is a NIGHTMARE!! I can’t get urgent outlet repair done during the Carina virus even though there are workers all over the place painting the exterior. Can’t use amenities or maintenance but lawn care and painting the property is a MUST??? Don’t ask for a supervisor, you won’t get one. Read More

They have a Tow company patrol 24/7 for violations, double booked our apartment when we requested a first floor accommodation when my father had congestive heart failure. Instead of giving my family the apartment they gave it to another family that was just moving in. We lived in a two bedroom house hold overcrowded with three people. On top of that there is rarely any parking available these days and they have the nerve to hit you with citations. My suggestion is to stay away from these people.

Hands down the worst complex I've ever lived at. The staff is rude and some live on the premises. They constantly have a tow company patrolling for anyone missing their parking passes, even if you're a documented resident you will be towed and fined $300. The office doesn't communicate well and will send you notice complaints without warning for anything and everything. They raise your rent every time you renew your lease. They actually had the nerve to call and ask if I had an idea as to why so... many residents were leaving! Do yourself a favor and stay away. Read More

Trails at SanTan is a great little apartment complex in Gilbert, AZ. It's right next to the South East 202 loop and SanTan Village. The complex recently changed management, and I haven't had any issues to speak of; in a word, seamless. The lack of elevators can be annoying when living on the 3rd floor, but you'll get used to it, and there is a free on-site gym to practice in A/C. Except for cigarette smoke, I haven't found anything offensive with my neighbors (and good luck finding a place with... none of that in AZ). Overall, it's a nice place, a good value, in a great location with great services (Cox ISP, for example). Now to just find a roommate! Read More

Broadstone Twin Fields recently changed their name to "Trails at SanTan." While my friends find the name change a bit puzzling, none of them doubt that it's a great place in the area. It's the cheapest apartment complex with rent-able garages, and has great access to the freeway and SanTan Village in walking distance. Two pools in the complex, and two large parks within a block north or south make this a very comfortable location for those who like to relax outdoors.

Keep in mind: no elevators... , laundry in unit(meaning you might hear your neighbors'), and very pet-friendly. Never had any trouble with the maintenance department, and the are lenient on rent late fees. Read More
