The home is equipped with a Minut device to monitor noise levels. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. There are two cameras on the property (front door and driveway) for monitoring cleaners. A guest verification process is required, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during the stay if reported before check-out.
