Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
