There are penalties of $200 for removing smoke detectors and $200 for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed with an additional pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
