Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am daily. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Weapons and drugs are prohibited, and police will be called for any violations.
