The living room features a sofa bed, chair, 4K 55" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals with a fee of $20 per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Restrictions: Pet combined weight limit up to 80 pounds. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, St. Bernard. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35/2 hours with 24 hours advance notice.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors installed in the units are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
