Each bedroom features a queen-size bed with fresh linens, a desk and chair for work, and reading lamps. Each private full bathroom is stocked with essentials, including a tub/shower combo, sink and mirror, toilet, towels and washcloths, and starter toiletries.
On-site parking is available, and detailed instructions will be provided at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. The pet combined weight limit is up to 80 pounds. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, St. Bernard. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed.
