Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals with a fee of $20 per pet per night. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and St. Bernard. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee.
