This modern retreat offers premium amenities, eco-conscious touches, and a seamless open layout connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans. Entertainment is provided by a 55" 4K HDR smart TV. The bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries.
On-site parking is available, and instructions will be provided at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals with a fee of $20 per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. The pet combined weight limit is up to 80 pounds. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, St. Bernard. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35/2 hours with 24 hours advance notice.
With convenient access to major attractions, this apartment is a modern, relaxing escape crafted for an elevated visit.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID and pass through our verification portal. All guests must be 23 years old and above.
